Our monthly wine tastings are designed to immerse you in a world of flavors and aromas, guided by our knowledgeable staff who are passionate about sharing their expertise with you. So come, sip, and savor as we celebrate life’s simple pleasures together.

Hearst Ranch Winery, Three Sisters White (Paso Robles) 
This sustainable winery was founded in 2010 by friends, Jim Saunders and Steve Hearst (the grandson of
William Randolph Hearst, owner and steward of 300,000 rural acres along the Central Coast.

Kunde Family Winery, Chardonnay (Kenwood – Sonoma County) 
This fifth-generation winery and was founded in 1904 and encompasses over 1,850-acres – of which over a
third is planted to vineyards. Moon Mountain is probably not a growing district you have likely ever heard of,
but it has been an AVA (American Viticultural Area) since 2013

Girasole, Pinot Noir (Mendocino County) 
Likely the first organic winery in California in the modern era – Girasole was founded in 1955 by Italian
immigrant, Carlo “Charlie” Barra. He was a pioneer and the leading advocate for sustainable and organic
farming in California.

Hearst Ranch Winery, Bunkhouse Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles) 
A “throw-back” style of Cabernet meant to recreate the drier finish that was more popular in the 1970s and
1980s, both in the fledgling Central Coast growing region and up in Napa.

Kunde Family Winery, Cabernet Sauvignon. Sonoma Valley 
Kunde’s flagship Cabernet wine (which was marketed and sold as their estate for over twenty years). Curiously
enough, it was rebranded as their Sonoma Valley label and this would not be much of a big deal, save for their
younger, lesser expensive Cab is Sonoma County with virtually the same label.

Bonus Wine:
Girasole, Cabernet Sauvignon (Mendocino County)
Girasole is one of the best values out there for the quality to price ratio of their wines. And knowing that they
were the organic pioneer makes it that much better.
