I understand that filling out this initial membership request does not guarantee my membership will be accepted. Once my request has been received, it will be reviewed by the membership committee and once accepted, I will be emailed a link to fill out the formal membership contract and payment of my initial dues. I understand to guarantee my membership stays continuous with no interruptions or changes to benefits, I agree to adhere to all club rules and regulations as amended from time to time. We (the club) reserve the right to suspend or cancel membership privileges at any time for any reason. When my membership is accepted, I agree to always keep a valid credit card on file with the club. All memberships will automatically renew and my card will be charged on an annual basis. I may cancel my membership at any time without refund with a 30-day written notice.
