Hillrock Distillery overlooks our rolling barley fields and the distant Berkshire Mountains in New York. The Hillrock Distillery, Malt House, Granary and Barrel Houses are located at the center of the estate surrounded by our rolling grain fields. Integrated into the landscape, the traditional barn structures convey a simple, timeless elegance. The complex also forms the heart of our “field-to-glass” craft distilling operation.
As always, Chef A.J. Jones will be creating the 4-course food menu to accompany our fine pours! Founded by husband-and-wife Jeffrey Baker, Cathy Franklin and legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, Hillrock’s dedicated team of professionals have consistently delivered the highest quality and innovation in the distilling industry. We welcome Jeffrey and Cathy to our table this month to share in our excitement of our newest Rye barrel pick.
