WELCOME RECEPTION WITH BUBBLES

PASSED App: Crab Cakes – Brussel watermelon radish slaw over Meyer lemon mint aioli. 

PASSED App: Beef Wellington Mini – flaky brown butter sage & thyme filo dough, wrapped 

Around mini filet finished with peppercorn sauce 

CHOICE OF ENTREE

  • Airline chicken– Pancetta and mascarpone stuffed, accompanied by roasted potatoes- 

Parsnips- turnips finished in sage, rosemary, and thyme pan sauce. Sweet potato

Puree and asparagus  

 

  • Gnocchi– roasted pine nuts, fresh mint, and Thai basil pesto, finished with chanterelle 

Mushrooms, and sherry bechamel sauce.

 

  • Scottish Salmon -Crispy honey ginger salmon over yellow herbed rice finished with avocado -mango salsa and broccolini

Raspberry mousse cake 

Summer lemon blueberry cake
