Rootstock has been offering Cherokee County the best in date nights since 2017, and we’re pretty passionate about helping our guests enjoy a night out in the bustling downtown Woodstock area, offering an experience unlike any other.
When we started planning ideas for Rootstock, we found ourselves immersed in the dream of creating the perfect date night space, something we knew Cherokee County was lacking. Somewhere quiet, where guests could escape the fast-paced world while also enjoying a nice meal and fine wine. All of these ideas and details were part of what helped birth the concept for Rootstock.
Now, people know us for so much more than global wine and gourmet tapas! We greet guests who come in for our exclusive wine, whiskey and bourbon events and tastings, our rotating live local musical guests, and our extra-special events. We are dedicated to the level of exclusivity that goes into our pairing dinners. Wine and whiskey are carefully selected from a winery or distillery that sets aside special barrels or bottles. Once the drinks are selected, Chef AJ pairs them with a phenomenal five-course menu. The proceeds from these dinners go to support local charities which makes it that much more rewarding for us and for the attendees. Not to mention, people walk away with new friendships formed inside our walls at each event.
