.Adding a twist to our monthly tasting and we are pretty exited about it! This month, we are presenting  3 pairs of tastings. Each pair we offer you are strategically grouped into specific pairings for purposes of direct comparisons.  In addition to this madness, we are also going to sample the selections blind! (Don’t get excited, you’re not blindfolded, we’re just not showing you the label) There are many advantages and benefits to blind tastings!  It will remove any preconceived notions you have about specific product or style of beverage., It will help you understand your palate and allow your senses to do the tasting. This is not intended to be a test of right or wrong, but more of  a conversation producer between your fellow tasters. Just for fun and the pure fact we love a good contest with giveaways, we are offering a prize to the person who correctly guesses the beverages they are tasting.
