Enjoy 5 tastings and food pairings whilst hearing directly from Adam on the winemaking process that he is so heavily involved in.
Chef Jake will be preparing the pairings for this tasting- Peach Rum Jam and Housemade Ricotta, Lamb Lollipop with Wild Mushroom Risotto, Coffee Rubbed Steak Buerre Rouge and Bacon Fat Brussel Sprouts, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Cherry Shortbread Cookie
