New Year, New Wine Dinner


Happy 2021 to you all! Lets hope and pray for our nation to unite and continue healing from 2020. Is there a more divine way to bring people together than with Great Food and Extraordinary Wine?



We continue to support the small vineyard winemakers and are thrilled to present to you a Wine Dinner featuring a Rioja vineyard, Carlos Serres. We strive to present a distinct wine list and chef curated dishes perfectly paired to enhance your experience. Our 5 course dinner features the following

Course 1  Cauliflower 6 Ways: Grilled, Roasted, Poached, Picked, Sous Vide, Raw;  Paired with  Carlos Serres Mar Fi Brut Cava

Course 2   Octopus Croquets Potato, Panko, #Romesco; Paired with Carlos Serres Tempranillo

Course 3;  Carrillada Pork Cheek, Jerusalem Artichoke, Black Garlic; Paired with Carlos Serres Reserva

Course 4   Valenciana Paella,  Chicken, Rabbit, Shrimp, Saffron Rice, Chervil Creme; Paired with Carlos Serres Crianza

Course 5   Turròn White Chocolate, Puffed Rice, Almond, Pistachio, Rose Custard; Paired with Mas Fi Brut Rose


He came from Bordeaux, where the phylloxera pest had compromised winemaking. This famous French wine consultant found in Haro the perfect terroir to make Bordeaux style wines, with a climate and terrain which reminded him of the best terroirs in Bordeaux.
