As always, we offer an exceptional value with our 5 coursed pairing dinner, including 5 varieties of cognac and accompanying dishes prepared by Executive Chef, A.J. Jones and sous Chef, Jake Brown.
What is Cognac?
Cognac is a variety of distilled brandy (alcoholic beverage) named after the town of Cognac in France.
Where is Cognac produced?
Cognac is produced in the wine-growing region surrounding the town from which it takes its name, in the French Departments of Charente and Charente-Maritime. For a distilled brandy to bear the name Cognac, its production methods must meet certain requirements set by the Bureau National Interprofessional du Cognac (BNIC) .
