December is the perfect time to consider cognac/armangac! Since the Renaissance, France has had strict regulations on the varieties of grapes, size of eligible harvest, and growing areas from which specific brandies/cognacs may be produced. Come join us and our Special Guest, Erika Turchin Rickenbacker, Remy Martin Brand Ambassador, as we explore a range of cognacs and armagnacs. Our spirits will be paired with small plates prepared by Executive Chef Todd Webster.
