Hillrock Charity Barrel Pick Fundraiser

Our recent launch dinner for our Hillrock Private Barrel Release was a complete success.

However, if you think you missed out, you haven’t.  There are still a handful of bottles of this extremely rare, barrel pick (only 20 remain of an original 60 bottles that were produced from this particular barrel).  You can take home a bottle of this remarkable rye for a contribution to our charity.  The funds from this barrel will be supporting a number of local animal rescues.  We hope you will help.

Hillrock Distillery overlooks our rolling barley fields and the distant Berkshire Mountains in New York. The Hillrock Distillery, Malt House, Granary and Barrel Houses are located at the center of the estate surrounded by our rolling grain fields. Integrated into the landscape, the traditional barn structures convey a simple, timeless elegance. The complex also forms the heart of our “field-to-glass” craft distilling operation.
