No matter your heritage, everyone loves to claim their Irish roots on St Paddy’s day! There’s something magical and exciting about stating you have IRISH blood.
WHY? Why is there a need to feel included in this culture and heritage? Is it the Leprechauns? The beautiful landscape of this glorious country? The fascinating accent of its people? Or the raw talent they hold in creating excellent Whisk(e)y?
Unlike most St. Paddy’s Day celebrations, our event will be refined. If you are not interested in the binge drinking shenanigans and overpopulated bars of this unique holiday; Plan to join us at Rootstock for our monthly tasting, where naturally, we are featuring Irelands finest whisk(e)y’s in a classy, controlled environment. We will even feature our Infiniti Barrel aged Irish Whiskey, blended in house!
