You are cordially invited to attend our final private barrel release of the year. Our LAWS barrel is a fantastic Single Barrel Cask Strength Rye from their San Luis Valley lineup.
We will be pairing various offerings from LAWS Whiskey House (including our latest barrel pick) with FOUR different dishes specially prepared by Chef Matt to match each flavor profile to perfection. Menu will be released in the next few days!
As always the proceeds from you VIP ticket will go to benefit a local charity and will come with a gift bottle of our latest pick.

Course 2: Seared Diver Scallop w/ Honeycrisp Apple Butter, Sweet & Sour Raisin, Heirloom Carrot, Pine Nut, Chervil. Paired with LAWS Cognac Finished Straight Bourbon
