We love partnering with our business neighbors, especially if their movement is to set beer free! We are excited to announce a collaboration between Reformation Brewery and Rootstock & Vine to form our first Beer Pairing Dinner! In the name of Freedom, we are hosting this event on our nations recognized day of independence!
Our friends at Reformation will provide the beer selections and Rootstock and Vine’s, Chef AJ will present 5 paired tapas dishes for you to enjoy! This will be a limited seating event and pre-purchased tickets are highly recommended!
1st Course: JOGR Lager
Candied Bacon Salad w/ Sage Flowers, Frissee, Orange, Popcorn, Tarragon Vinaigrette
2nd Course: WDSTK Pale Ale
Crawfish and Fried Grits w/ Blackened Beer Butter
3rd Course: Cadence
Wagyu Cheese steak w/ Thomasville Tomme, Beech Mushrooms, Onions, Sourdough
4th Course: Nolan 005
Pork Cornbread Tamales w/ Apple Butter, Broccoli Slaw
5th Course: Alani Rose Ale
Pan Fried Pound Cake w/ Raspberry Sorbet, Blueberry Powder
