ROOTSTOCK RESERVE IS HITTING THE SHELVES!
Yes, that’s right, Rootstock has partnered with Notre Vue vineyards, Chalk Hill- Sonoma, California and blended its own Bordeaux Red Wine! This was an exciting project that was planned in 202o and executed in 2021. We selected our leading team members and wine enthusiasts to join us in California and are confident in the blend that was created. The Notre Vue Vineyard was a blessing to work with and we were honored to work alongside Head Winemaker, Alex Holman and lean on him for expertise and guidance.
It seems fitting that our inaugural dinner for the Grand Reopening will be the Balverne label of Notre Vue estates. Chef AJ and her team will pair 5 exquisite courses with Balverne’s variety of wines, and say Cheers to Rootstock for being the only restaurant in the area with their own Wine label!
