Rootstock’s Whistle Pig Private Barrel supporting The Hope Center

Since the day we opened our doors at Rootstock, we had always planned to use it to give back to the community.  Once we developed our Barrel Program, we found it to be a great way to do just that!  We are excited to release our latest ONE OF A KING Charity Barrel from our good friends at Whistle Pig Distillery.  The launch of this barrel on January 31 was attended by a sold out crowd who enjoyed amazing dishes created by our own Chef AJ to perfectly pair with each pour from a different Whistle Pig expression, including a pour of our very own barrel.  The attendees were very charitable in helping raise money for our featured charity, The HOPE Center (www.supporthopecenter.com) and as a Thank You they received a gift of a bottle from our private barrel selection.  Anyone who has been fortunate enough to attend an event in the past or receive a bottle as a gift, knows how unique each barrel is and the time and care our tasting team puts into selecting just the right one.  This barrel is no exception!  It may be one of the best picked to date.  The good news is that we have some left over after the event and we are making them available to you, our friends as a Thank You for helping us support The HOPE Center.  Each $100 donation will receive a gift of one 750ml bottle from our private barrel selection (while they last).  Anna and I hope you will consider helping us support this great cause.  Once you make the donation(s) through the link below, simply bring the copy of the emailed receipt to Rootstock and pick up your gift.
