Begin with a Roasted Grape Salad, garnished with Spiced Pepita, Red Onion, Arugula, Goat Cheese, Burnt Honey Vinaigrette, then choose from several entree options for course 2, including: Summer Vegetable Kabobs, Saffron Rice, Sweet Pickled Raisins, Coconut Curry Or Beef Stroganoff, Herb Meatball, Pasta, Sugar Snap Peas, Mushroom Gravy Or Braised Chicken Coq Au Vin Pearl Onion, Carrot, Peas, Chive Smashed Potato, Red Wine Jus.
