Come together with like-minded women and learn how to avoid burnout while still achieving your goals. We gather together to connect, encourage, inspire and empower one another. Our monthly sessions are held on the first Friday of each month, so mark your calendars and make time for yourself.

Our session on May 3rd will focus on Protect her. We can protect each other in many ways, women should stand up for other women. Lets Equip and empower one another with some safety techniques and self defense action. Our guest speakers this Month are Gran Master Lili Bowen and Master Rhianna Bailey, both ladies are high ranking black belts in HO AM Tae won Do. Additionally, this dynamic duo are also the founders of GIRL, You are fierce. an online self defense class for young ladies entering college.
