A 2-story expansion to the existing building is expected to be completed Summer 2021. The plan came to light when owners, Sean and Anna Daily realized the constant struggle and need for more room to entertain the guests. We are more than a restaurant, we are an ideal spot for Select Whiskey, Live Music, Global Wine, and an impeccable date night.
The expansion includes a unique and private space for the Woodstock Whiskey Club. A few years ago, Sean realized the need for small batch and elite whiskeys in the area, the Woodstock Whiskey club was founded within the walls of Rootstock and has organically grown to 600 eager whiskey enthusiasts who enjoy sharing info on rare and unique whiskey finds, as well as meet ups to sip and enjoy.
The live music program attracts performers both local and nationwide, ranging immensely in style and genre, so there’s many opportunities for chilling to your current vibe. The music lounge provides an elite space for musicians to connect to high tech equipment and use a center stage to perform.
