Are you in the process of trying to plan a birthday party, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or even a baby shower and need a place to do it at ASAP? We offer event spaces for all types of occasions! Whether it’s out on the rooftop with a complete overlook of downtown Woodstock, inside of our beautiful restaurant, or out on the side patio, each of our spaces hold anywhere from 25-100 people (standing).
We take pride in our top-of-the-line event spaces here at Rootstock and Vine, with it being the perfect location right in the heart of downtown Woodstock.
True to Our Roots with Special Events
We understand that with preparing any event comes with some headache; what with the time it takes to schedule a date, plan the event, gather decorations, send out invitations, figure out the dishes served, etc., it can put a lot of stress on the host/hostess, and that’s where we come in! We provide an events coordinator to help you decide on food, decorations, type of atmosphere, linens, and any other vision you might have for your big event. Our events coordinator helps take a load off of your plate by orchestrating every aspect of your day at Rootstock and Vine.
In the Cherokee County area, it is very hard to find an event space that is:
1.) Accommodating to over 20 guests
2.) Able to provide an events coordinator
3.) Will set up and serve your guests at your event.
In taking all of those factors into account, we shaped our spaces to serve these three needs. Below are some of the ways to use our spaces:
The Rooftop
Enjoy a wedding rehearsal dinner outside on the rooftop with a nightlife vibe of downtown Woodstock. Sit back and relax before your even bigger day, with food, drinks, music and lot of fun on the roof! Unlike other prominent event spaces in the metro Atlanta area, the rooftop holds up to 70 people which is perfect for a large rehearsal party!
Inside the Restaurant
For your bridal shower or baby shower, whether you want a banquet style or traditional seating arrangement, we will set up the inside of the restaurant however you would like for it to be to help celebrate this monumental time of your life! 60 people is the maximum capacity for the inside space (as we are planning on expanding that very soon!)
The Side Patio
Our side patio is the perfect space for your smaller ensemble to join in on birthday party celebrations! Holding the maximum capacity of 25 people, this outdoor space is ideal for a smaller party. No matter the size, we will still help you plan and setup the day of your event.
