This event is perfect for anyone looking to indulge in an exceptional dining experience.  Executive Chef A.J. and her team have crafted an exquisite menu featuring game meats, each course paired with a select *Orin Swift wine, that will perfectly complement the flavors of the dish.

The dinner will start with a Tantalizing, Warm Sweetsop & Mache Salad, Brown Butter Popcorn, Fava Beans, Butternut Squash, Burnt Honey Vinaigrette. Wine Pairing –Mannequin, Chardonnay

Course 2, you’ll enjoy rich and flavorful St. Louis-Style Boar Ribs, Red Cabbage Slaw, Blackberry BBQ. Wine Pairing – Machete, Red Blend

The following course will feature a succulent, Ostrich Wellington, Duxelle, Prosciutto, Puff Pastry, Cherry Buerre Rouge. Wine Pairing – Papillon, Red Blend

Next, you’ll be treated to European Red Deer Osso Bucco, Frilly Mustard Greens, Blue Corn Polenta, Prune Braising Liquid. Wine Pairing – Palermo,  Cabernet Sauvignon

Finally, the dinner will be concluded with a decadent dessert of Guava Meringue Tart , Duck Egg , Lemon Grass, White Chocolate, Brazil Nut Crumble. Wine Pairing – Blank Stare, Sauvignon Blanc
